- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Excellent well-trained officers - I think the negative reviews are probably a hatchet job on disgruntle individuals. I have lived in Ridgeland for over 15 years and have never had a negative experience. After a robbery at my mothers home in Jackson, the goods were discovered in Ridgeland. The police arrested the person, retrieved the goods and the person was prosecuted before I even got a call from a detective in Jackson about the original theft report. They are polite, stay in physical shape as opposed to pot belly cops in Jackson and the department has the Mississippi Accredited Law Enforcement certificate. This accomplishment is not an easy feat as it requires all officers to go continue training in skills beyond the basic law enforcement requirements. Show respect to them and they will show respect to you, disrespect them and they will still try to be polite unless you force them not to be.By Michelle Caballero, September 15, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My experience has been terrible. I called Mr. Parker's office today, 6/9/2017 at 2PM, from my personal cell phone and Mr. Parker answered by saying: "Who is this? I don't know you!" and hung up on my face. He didn't even say: "Hello".....I called back and he hang up on my face again, this time without even talking. I then called from my office phone and he answered by saying: "Is this a UMC phone number? I don't owe UMC any money!". When I tried to identify myself as a potential new client, he continued to be rude. Obviously, it goes without saying that I will not use this CPA to be my tax advisor.
