- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My grandmom has been with this bank for about 23 years(direct deposit) and she asked to borrow 500.00...MIND YOU...NOT 5000.00 but 500 dollars and they turned her down!!!!! I've already suggested to her to go to a bank such as bank plus or regions, but she was determined to stick with these unconsidered people. They had to have looked at her account to even turn her down. So if this is the way that a customer is treated by "your" bank, she may as well keep her money in her pocket because nobody is getting any benefits but the bank. They are the only one drawing interest!!!!Just saying...Have more consideration for your customers!!!!!!!By Erica Brown, February 04, 2017
